Keep them interested with surprises.
It should be no surprise to the coach, of course, because the training session should be very well planned.
However, participants are another thing altogether. A good coach plans to surprise the students.
You can surprise using a series of strategies for training and interesting. Participants can stay on course content, but finding new and interesting techniques.
You can also use rewards to motivate them. Small prizes like candy bars, pens and notebooks can be a sufficient incentive for the people involved.
