A winning team of losers built
Building a winning team is a challenge and when a total mystery. How does and what works and what does not. Unfortunately the answer to the question is different with each group or team. Each group has unique qualities and characteristics, and usually some characters.
So if both are different, what we find is needed in each team winning ?
Losers! Yes, we have a whole team of losers for the team achieved a historic milestone. You may not believe me. But listen a moment.
A team has a goal to reach the agreed target. We want to “win.” We as a team want it to work. And as a leader has to have his team committed to achieving the result.
So why losers need a computer to have a team winner . It’s easy really. Each member of the team must be ready at any given time to surrender to win for themselves and lose themselves. SO, the team can win. The team s can do things much bigger than one person.
But the team s can not win if no one in the team and individuals are only playing.
So to win, you need a whole team of losers. It is necessary that members are more aware of what they do to assist the other members of the team . Losers say, “Now, I could only do well here, or I could have a second seat for the team doing well. ”
I CAN BE A WINNER IN THE SPIRIT!
If the team is winning, I, You, each member will have to choose to lose. In a team winning we are all individually choose to be losers. In fact we are not afraid of losing. We are not afraid to be less than the other person on the team . We choose to be losers. Staff is able to lose? Is losing much of a blow to his ego? They are afraid to be less for themselves, so each one becomes more?
A team winning the needs of members of the psychological security. Each member must be aware that they are good enough for the team to win. Taking steps to make it happen!
You are safe enough to have a group leader of losers follow you. And even listen to the “losers” so you can contribute your leadership? Even the leaders are members of the team .
You can be a winner , only for not being afraid of being a loser.
